Voluntary MTPL

Voluntary MTPL is voluntary motor third party liability insurance.

Compulsory MTPL insurance policy will indemnify losses of the injured parties in the event of damage to property of third parties within a limit of UAH 100,000, and in case of personal injury of third parties - within a limit of UAH 200,000. If the insured event is severe enough, or the vehicle is very expensive, the person responsible for the traffic accident will have to pay the difference.

Voluntary MTPL insurance increases the sum insured under the policy and minimizes the likelihood of financial expenses.
